I've ordered several times and everything has been good. Just watch your prices.

I know that Angela Wolf, professional garment/pattern maker/teacher recommends them.

I have ordered from them a couple of times for things I couldn't find anywhere else (bow tie hardware.) I was satisfied and had no problems.

I have ordered several times; never been disappointed or had any issues. Quick service too - as I recall. Go for it.

I ordered Velcro from them. Very reasonable. Then I realized I had order the wrong kind. I had sticky-back and I wanted sew-on. I contacted them. They sent me a label to send it back and refunded my entire amount I had sent them. A few months later I ordered the right kind.
I have ordered zippers from them, too. Very reasonable. My friend ordered thread from a different company. Then I showed her the catalog from Wawak. The thread was about half the price - same color number.
Wawak rhymes with walk. Both syllables.

I have ordered from them many times. They have great customer service, and their prices are usually excellent.
