I have been there. It's a quaint little town. Mostly Antique shops and tea rooms...with very good food!
Allow at least a half day for Fabric Shack. They also sell decorator fabrics if you're in the market for that. Have fun!

The people at Fabric Shack are so nice. The fabric they sell on line is in one area and never mixed with the store fabric so as to always have what you need when ordered. Our quild did a two day trip to the area and the organizer had found a lot of cool fabric stores in that area. HAVE FUN!

I love this store and can easily spend hours there just looking. Lots of fabrics and plenty of ideas; the ladies there are wonderful. My hometown is about 15 minutes away but I live in NC now and only get there about twice a year.

I make it a point to pass that way everytime I go home to Ohio!! The quilt store always has what I want at great prices. The online store has two parts - the upper half of the page is the new fabrics and the lower half of the page is the sale site. check out both sections when you shop!

When are you going? I live about 45 minutes to an hour away from Waynesville.
