Great idea! I have just made some stuffed 'toys' for the cat filled with fabric scraps and dried catnip - but this looks much more fun!

I must have fussy birds, when I put any small pieces out they just stay there. The birds don't take them and neither does the squirrel.

I make our dogs cushions out of ticking fabric and stuff them with scraps. We set them out the front porch so they don't have to lay on the cold concrete.

I've done this too. This is a great way to use those scraps too. Just have to make sure all the pins are absent, whatever we make with them.

A Vet will tell you that if birds use too much fabric in their nests the baby birds can get pneumonia, as the fabric does not dry quickly after a rain. But mama mouse loves it! So does mama rat!

I love this. My son has been asking for one of these for his new house. Looks like a good idea for Christmas.
