What a great idea!!!
I have a thread tip to add to this thread. When I have to pic out bad stitches (frog stitching...rip it rip it) I keep a foot emery board in my sewing room. Just take that and run it over the stitch line and it pulls the loose threads right out. Looks like this....I buy mine at the dollar store. http://www.amazon.com/BelleSha-5-pac...ot+emery+board

Thread Duster
Recently at the LQS, there was a new tool at checkout. One end is a seam ripper and the other is a round ribbed ball which acts as an eraser. Remembered to use it today and it works like an eraser. Easy and worked great.
Next time I rip, I plan to use a regular white eraser (not on a pencil top) and see if it works as well. Might even try a pencil eraser but am concerned about color residue on the fabric.
