    Thank you Thank you Thank you for the info. Have another quilt in my head and want to start right away with my brights lol knew I bought a half yard of each for a reason.

    Bev, there's always the borders to play with....this would be a great technique to practice on in a border or two....or 3 LOL.

    Place second square (wrong side up) on top of the folded strip matching raw edges to first square making a sandwich with the folded strip in the middle.

    Sew ¼ inch seam down the right side of all layers. There should be a ¼ inch section at bottom with only the two square fabrics in seam.

    Open the sandwich and fold out the strip to form the geese section.
