The only quilt shops in my area are Bernina and Janome and they are expensive. Thanks for the info. Will check out Babylock on line.
I have a large quilting table but only have a Baby Lock Jane on it so it is not useful.
Thinking of getting a Block Rocket for it. Of course no embroidery with this set up.

The lady also had a brother innovis dreamweaver that I bought from her. She also has a large cutting table that if it doesn't fit in her new house sewing room will sell to me. I'll try to load a pic of the dreamweaverthe box it's in takes up the whole back end of my enclave

Recently finished this wall hanging. Didn't notice it was so puckered around the blue. Maybe I will do some stippling in the blue to try to hide it.

Like your mini quilt, Sophie2. Stippling would help hide the puckering but even without it I like your little quilt.

I have done some sewing on my innovis and today we had to switch the machines around to use the embroidery module for the Janome 15000 that I bought. Really like that machine too.

Ladies not sure you know this so I will just put it out here...Make sure you back up your designs every few years because the CD or Sticks wear out and you will loose your designs. Just found out this the other day. Also goes for other files such as pictures ect.

Can someone tell me how to you get your designs to show up on a Janome Skyline S9..I loss my brother Innovis 1500D in a fire. I know I have to change the file name from PES to JEF but how do I get them to show up on the machine using a stick or laptop computer. The directions are confusing to me. I'm a hand on type learner don't know why reading directions are so hard for me but they are. I pretty sure I have dyslexia but know how bad since I've never taking the test. Any help would be appreciated....

I would go to YouTube and search for Janome Skyline S9. I believe there are a lot of videos that may help you. Also the dealer who sold you the machine may offer classes or individual instructions. Good luck.

I bought EMBIRD years ago for my Janome 300..Once you learn what you need to do it's easy...It will be yours forever, have re-registered this program thru 2 computers since I bought it..It's really smooth on my Win 10... Have fun with your upgrade Janome Embroidery machine...I have to put my designs on a compact flash card adapter, which is more than fine with me...
