Getting a room in Chillicothe was planned. Since I learned that Hamilton was just down the road (23 miles), I decided to look up the Missouri Quilt Company - you know - the place that has a Daily Deal. There it was - in all its glory -.....with a "CLOSED" sign on the door. With some praying, I noticed that there were a few bodies inside and proceeded to tap on the door. The door was opened and I told her that I came all the way from Mansfield and couldn't come back and I'm a customer, and...and.... she laughed and said awww come on in - no problem. The shop was smaller than I had thought, but a comfy-cozy place that I could get into trouble. The ladies were so friendly and helpful that I will surely keep being a satisfied customer. They explained that Monday was the day that they played "catch-up" with the orders, etc. Natalie was definitely a help with my trying to find one of the patterns that I had seen on the wall in one of the videos, but we don't have it narrowed down yet. If you haven't yet (WHY NOT) go to www.missouriquiltco.com and check them out - friendly and extremely helpful.

That is so wonderful. I always wonder what some of these quilt shops that have online stores are really like. Thanks for the insight.

Yes, they do have a wonderful shop and are so helpful! I always find something I "have to have" when I go there.
