I used to knit. Constantly.
Now... either I don't get out enough, or I'm active when I'm there. Too active to bother with bringing anything along.
Except... when I take my Mom to the cardiologist. There, we are guaranteed a LONG WAIT.
Then, I bring some handsewing (usually placemats that I'm finishing for my "other" business).

I currenly carry an applique project with me everywhere. In the past I've carried fabric & templates for GFG hexagons. Back before the quilting bug really bit me hard, I used to carry needlepoint or counted cross stitch projects.

I have a basket full of squares that sits by my place on the couch and also a basket full in my car for long car rides. I am making yo-yo's from the squares. I don't know what I will use them for, possibly make me a quilt. Or sell them. I have no idea how many I have!!!! I just keep making them!!!!

I have a DWR in my tote right now, and a postage stamp started but waiting for the DWR to be finished. I'm keeping the DWR cut pieces together in their rows and bundling them that way, so I can carry one row at a time.
