I have a Slider that I purchased two years ago at the AQS in Des Moines. Then I read a tip from somewhere about the oven mats you can buy at Bed, Bath and Beyond that are for keeping spills from soiling your oven when you bake. They are made of a similar material, are about 20" x 24", work great on the extension tables and wait.....wait...... cost around $4. Yay! I haven't tried it yet, but plan to!

She said her quilts sometimes get caught on it & pulls the corner up. I have her Machinger gloves & swear by them but haven't bothered with the Slider. I think I'm waiting to see if somebody can convince me they're useful.
