    "Some people just can't wait"

This was a comment from my son yesterday. His wife just gave birth to my new granddaughter, Allegra, a month early.
Of course she is gorgeous and both mother and baby are in perfect health. She weighs 6lbs. 15oz.
She was due on March 20 (AFTER THE MYSTERY).

I will be flying to Washington D.C. on Saturday morning, March 6 to help out for a while.

Because of this I need to have the mystery quilt start early and finish early.

I have published Clue #1 for each of the quilts.

They are ready to be downloaded -
    http://carterquilter.wordpress.com

I will publish the next clues on Saturday and plan on releasing one or two a day, finishing up on March 5.

    Thanks for your understanding.

There is no better reason than that to move the mystery quilt ahead of schedule!!!
No worries...you do what you need to do and then go and have a wonderful visit with your family :D:D:D

CONGRATULATIONS!!! I believe being a grandma or nonna in my case, is the best job in the world. When I told someone this she replied "but it does not pay!"

You know what??? I believe you get paid with hugs, love, excitement, joy, smiles, giggles, laughter (I have developed wrinkles since I became a grandma!) love and love and love....

What makes you think I love being a grandmama????

Congrats to all the family too and welcome to Allegra. Ciao

Grandbabies are the best thing in this world!! I have 5, with another one on the way, and I can't wait!! They are the sweetest present we get for our older years. Enjoy, Grandma!!
