what we can gather from these pages is that baseline service charges vary widely depending upon where you live and from shop to shop.
we can also note that opinions vary just as widely as to what is or isn't a fair and reasonable charge.
so ... we shall all have to agree to disagree. no point in abusing the deceased Equus ferus caballus.
