I have the foot that has the small blade to the right of the opening, so you just guide the fabric thru and against the blade. Perfect 1/4 in seams every time.

I believe that that is a 1/4" blade foot, which is what I have and LOVE! Almost as much as my husband of 20 plus years! lol

But my walking foot sure is. Once I discovered that I can move my needle position to the left or right in tiny increments, I figured out where exactly on the foot to use as a reference and where exactly to set the needle for the perfect "scant 1/4 inch." Sure makes a difference!
I have the WF but never used it. So many of you have commented about it, that I will have to try it.

me,too! I have a quarter inch foot but find my Little Foot to be easier to use and it doesn't drive me crazy with a little metal piece on it that I have to worry about not bending.

I use mine all the time. I have two machines and I have a 1/4" foot for each one.

Do you mean mine? I made it using Photoshop Elements. I got the idea from another user on our board.
