    Starch, starch, and more starch has helped me. Also a spot of Elmer's glue and allow to dry and they can't move.

    When I sew Bias pieces I lighten the pressure on the feeddogs a little (one or two clicks) so the bottom piece doesn't distort when going through the machine. I want to make a TT quilt someday.
