    I received a email there is an electric 1910 singer "66' on ebay with a current bid of $31 and approximately 1 hour left to bid. The shipping costs would be approx $35...does this sound worth bidding on...it is said to run well

    I don't think it is either, unless it is covered in some really vintage "contact paper" from back in the day...lol

    No, I just sort of watched it,the whole ebay thing and auctions are new to me so I anticipated there would be last second bidding and I wasn't sure how high I would want to go, so I left it to the experienced bidders. I think of it as part of my learning curve...$71 seems like a fair price but again I am no expert and the case really looked beat up. Maybe next time.
