    I found them at Sears and at Missouri Star Quilt co. online. and Jo Anns does, also.

    I got a 28mm Olfa at Hobby Lobby here in Alabama last year but is wasn't sold separately, it was in with a smaller rectangular mat. Since I had the 40% coupon it was doable for me. I have not noticed since if they are there or not. I haven't used my small cutter because I haven't graduated to curves yet...lol. I am still on blocks and straight lines.

    I use mine for fussy cutting. It's much more accurate for precise cutting than the 45mm. I'm pretty sure I've saved enough by not ruining fabric to have long since paid for it.

    joann,s sell them to ilike them for slots in ruler,s easy to cut better

    I use my 28 mm for trimming when I do paper piecing... not sure why I like it better than the other sizes..
