    Does anyone know of an easy way to make 3-d pinwheels.
    I want to make a mantel scarf with them.

    I've made a 3d pinwheel quilt and really cute.When I quilted it, I made sure the loose part of the block didn't get quilted. That helps with the 3d effect.
