Default 3 Fabric Bed Scarf Pattern Needed

Does anyone know of any 3 fabric patterns? I want to make a bed scarf to go with a throw pillow on our twin guest beds! I got such a buy on the pillows and fabric I couldn't pass them up! I've been searching with no luck, I must be going in the wrong direction! Help will be appreciated!

Fabric Cafe has some patterns for 3-fabric quilts.

The following links may be helpful.

There is a book called "3-Fabic Quilts" but I can't remember the author.

Edited to say that I think the book is by leni wiener....see the last link I posted.
