Has anyone made this quilt and if so do you have pictures to share? Want to do this as Bee project and was unsure if I use the same color for the 4 squares or do it scrappy. Also did you use sashing? Thanks for any help.

    Kitty,

I'm just finishing up one. I was doing it for the B&W swap, and then decided I wouldn't get it done in time, so I'm putting it together for myself. Here is a pix of the top without any borders, and of an individual block with four windows.

They are fun to make. I did not hand-stitch the window part, I top-stitched, and it went really quickly.

You do need to back this quilt, unlike a real cathedral windows.

That is so pretty. I had snowmen in mind for the window and now I think I do want the same color background. Thanks for sharing. ANYMORE out there to share?
