    That is awesome!!! We are in the "Valley" also, and our park collects coats for kids. The Winter Texans do a lot for the needy down here.

    Our quilting group, also in a park in the Rio Grande Valley, delivered about 40 quilts to a school on Tuesday. The children were so excited and we were very humbled. It was sad though to be in a library that had very few books. Maybe that will create a new project.

    It is more blessed to give than to receive. It's nice for the gift quilts to be received with enthusiasm also, and really meet a need! God bless you and your group!
