I will be 77 next month. Have had my computer & using it almost every day for about 6 years. I have a sewing room and there are few days that I don't do some sewing, not all of it is quilting. I do enjoy quilting and make several quilts each year. I am int process of making 3 for Christmas gifts. Like many on this board probably spend more time on this board tan I should, but I'll continue.

I will be 75 in Sept and I do computer and quilt and am a artist, so I keep busy all the time. I love to bike ride, walk, take my youngest grandchild for long stroller rides and swim 40 laps every morning when we are in Fl for 6 months and 30 min of water exercise. Don't have time to get into trouble or complain that I am bored. I just got a HUSQVARNA Topaz sewing machine. Darn thing is all computerised, so now have to take sewing lessons to learn how to sew with it and embroider but I will master it. Life is great and my hubby and I will celebrate our 56 wedding anniversary in Jan. 2012 GOD has richly blessed us both.

I am another of those "old ladies" of 75 (in another couple months) who has been sewing since I was about 7...learned on a treadle, made clothes for myself, my ex, my kids, my present DH, and my granddaughters. I learned on an old Mac before home computers had hard drives. I keep 3 computers going with the occasional help of my daughter (who taught me on the Mac) and they have 3 different OS...XP pro, Vista and Win 7. Hope to learn my embroidery machine soon. Seems harder than the 3 computers!
