I'm 76. Have been quilting off and on for a number of years, but am really getting serious about it as I would like to make a quilt for each of my 8 grandchildren. Have given the oldest Grandmother's Flower Garden as a wedding present. Am almost done with a Stack and Wack for my oldest grandson and his wife when he returns from Iraq. Have several tops done. Need to finish them and quilt them. Would like to make several for future great grandchildren. Have given the existing two each one. My computer skills aren't the best, but I can always rely on two grandchildren that live near us. We are still very active. Just bought a new fifth wheel as we go to Florida each winter and camp next to sister-in-law and her husband. They are our best friends.

Well, I'm too old to be a baby boomer but not quite 75 yet. I have used a computer for many years but they have advanced so much, so quickly that most of time I may as well be a beginner. However, I do have children who can teach me what I need to know. Just bought an e-reader. Am loving it. Can't wait until the ground is covered with snow and I can still get new books from the library without getting out in the cold! I firmly believe that quilting (and quilt patterns) are helping me to stay alert.
