    I really like how you cut the D9p and I really like the blue layout a lot. Great idea!

    I think there was another quilter on here a while back who cut on the diagonal but after she first cut and sewn the blk the traditional way - it looked really neat too - had a kaleidoscope look.

    I like it because the pattern is unique in comparison to most of the dnp.

    iI have done one, but when I cut from corner to corner, I got triangles. A lady on here did one, and I copied her, it turned out beautiful. I'll try to find a picture.

    Sorry I don't like the layout, but I would have to play with it a while to see if alternate layouts would suit me. I'm thinking the same as a few others stated, having the middle all be the same color.
