    Hi guys!

Our first ever wwoofer left last week and as well as lots of new gardening and cooking skills - she made her first ever quilt!

I know you would all have been so proud of her!

The thing is - she left Ireland and went back to Lexington in Massachusetts and I wish I had advised her to enter it in a show over - it was soooo nice.

She is only 16 and its her first ever....

Any ideas where she could enter it?

p.s. If you were wondering what Wwoofer stands for look up wwoof.ie. PBX

I can't help you with your Massachusetts question.

Just wanted to congratulate you on being a great WWOOF host. I have friends who head to New Zealand every winter and part of their time is spent as WWOOFers! A farm nearby to me hosts WWOOFers every summer!

Wwoofing experience is fabulous!!! We have had such a great summer with our girls. Will definitely continue to do it through the winter if we can. Our smallholding has never looked so well.

Will post a picture of Miriam's quilt when I get a chance.

Ok - so I posted teh pic before quilting (I did quilt it for her as we were down to her last 3 days by the time we had it layered!

Hope you all like the finished quilt!

AND - BTW if you have kids, friends or nieces and nephews etc - that you think might be interested - ask them to look at our website and that of the Wwoofing organisation.

    Thanks!
