Teal (aqua/cyan), Fuchsia (magenta), and yellow are the triadic colors used in the fabric printing industry, did you know? This color group is also familiar to us in the packaging of our printer's ink cartridges. Check out those images under Ives Color Wheel in Google Images and you'll see what I mean.
They are the basis of so many palettes in quilts. One of the best tools using this Ives color wheel for quilters is by Joen Wolfram, it looks like a fan of strips joined at one end, like paint chips. Get it on Amazon.

If your teal is deeper, then a more purple-y magenta would be appropriate --- these would be darker shades of the original colors of aqua (cyan) and magenta.

I am in LOVE with the orange/teal combo right now though. I have a quilt in progress in those colors, and I used those a my 2 accent colors in my sewing room.
