My cranks just fine. No problems here.. I love my GO but I have not tried the Sizzix or any other cutters besides Accuquilts..

the mats range from $5 to $20 depending on the size and if its on sale.. the studio version is not portable, takes up more room, needs a designated space and the dies are more expensive but you are able to cut more layers of fabric than the Go or baby.. Studio allows you to order custom dies as well thru accuquilt.. I love my Go. NO problems at all, but I don't have any hands or wrist issues (arthritis) either..
