I just bought this die because I'm new to quilting and still struggle with good accurate cuts. That said, my first pinwheel block in class today came out darn near perfect without the die, so there's hope!
Having said that, the place I'm taking the class (Jinny Beyer) is very traditionalist and I'm sure I'm making them NUTS with my accuracy tests between Accuquilt and hand-cutting.

I use a silverware drawer divider to keep my pieces organised, one for lights and one for darks, for a couple of bucks it saved my sanity.
