    The first demos did show a lot of fabric waste. I think the demos got a lot of bad feedback about that. I have very little waste, usually 1/4" strips. I had one of the first orders in for the Go because it is the perfect size for me. I don't do mass cutting or loan it out, it's my personal machine. The Studio or Grand Marc is lifetime heavy duty shop machine which are fantastic.

    I just cut my fabric a bit bigger than the die, and I dont get muchwaste either. Like BellaBoo said, a quarter inch maybe?

    I know I sound like an old record by now ... but, I soooooo love my Alto's QuiltCut2. It is not a die cutting system but an aid to rotary cutting that is extremely helpful to me.
