    Are you hand quilting, because hand quilting is hard to do on the white paint on some of the whites. I know joanns has hearts w on w for valentines day, but the hearts are paint-ish.
    If machine quilting, go for a light open white on white.
    Ive only seen it done in stark white about 20 yrs. Ago. Goood luck

    I agree with the Kona Snow recommendation -- a nice soft white. Some whites are too harshly bright.

    I disagree with plain solid white. A white-on-white reflects the light differently and IMHO, adds some interest without being overwhelming. However, that said, whatever you choose will be gorgeous and no one seeing it will know about any other options.
