sometimes less is more. I think it is lovely just the way it is and I think more lines will detract from the cross rather than drawing the eye into it. It is perfect as is.

I agree with feline fanatic! It's beautiful. Is the cross a panel or applique?

I think it's beautiful as it is but you could make a copy and draw in lines and see what that does. Gorgeous work.

The cross itself is exquisite - I think it would have been okay with NO lines - but you didn't ask me 'before'

I agree with the short lines between the long ones.

Yes, that's what I think, too. Not a lot but a few. This is a beautiful quilt!

I like it just the way it is. I think that lots of times there can be too much quilting, which detracts from the overall design. This one looks just right and the quilting highlights the cross, but doesn't overpower it. Great job!

Thanks everyone for your advice....I think printing off a picture and drawing some more lines to see if it looks better or maybe just leave it...

I'm not real good the quilting part..I like to peice..LOL
a few asked where I got the cross...it is a fueable fabric applique cross
I bought the cross at www.creativeiron.com the cross was 19.95..this was not a kit no fabric...kathyaire made the same wall hanging and hers was from a kit, it was beautiful , if you want you can look hers up on the forum and see how pretty it is...thanks again
