Has anyone ordered from this site. I ordered a John Flynn quilting frame from them on Saturday. It was a great price for a new frame. Only problem is I haven't heard from them. They say they received the order but it was supposed to arrive in three business days and they would let me know when it shipped. Nothing yet. I've E-mailed them, but no answer yet. I'm getting worried.

I bought my new machine from them. It shipped quite fast, but that's probably because I'm 1 1/2 hrs. away. I'm surprised that you would have an issue.

I ordered from them and it took about 3 days to get an answer about when it would be shipped, I got the item about 4 days later. So basically, it took about 7 days.
