I worked yesterday but got out a few hours early so I figured I would design my next quilt for the hubby...laid out all of the squares....moved them here and there...next thing you know...I was sewing the squares together as strips. I took a break...then starting sewing the strips...did that till 10pm...went to bed..now I plan on finishing the rest. We are having Thanksgiving dinner here today since we told my son to go to his girlfriends parents house and we would watch their dog. No stress or having them running back and forth to house to house and who can eat two large meals in one day. Well off to sew!!! Good Morning Everybody...PS...its 5am here.

Wish I was sewing instead of working but that isn't in the cards this weekend. I like your idea of a no stress Thanksgiving. It's 6:10 here and I have been at work since 4:45.

I think that team up North is Michigan. GO BLUE!!!!!. My husband is from Ohio and reminds me almost daily how long it has been since Michigan has beaten Ohio State. I will probably be in my sewing room listening to the game but he will let me know every time Ohio scores.

I rather be quilting today ; ( Waiting for the crew to come so can't pull out my sewing machine. I went to Joanne's this morning and bought a bunch of flannel to make another Christmas gift. My husband told my brother inlaw I was making him a quilt...Men...anyways thankfully I got a wonderful deal on fabric. My husband has no idea how much it cost to make quilts. I was very lucky to get what I needed on sale including the warm and natural batting.

Nice Hubby quilt, men and women who don't quilt have no idea how much money or time it takes to make a quilt.
