I am sorry the op did not make it into town, what a bummer! We left SunRiver a little before 8 and traffic was bad, but obviously not that bad as we got there about an hour after we left. It was a great show (as usual), but certainly not as crowded as I have seen it before. We left a bit after 1:00, and had a great time. We didn't even go into the Stitchin Post, but we are here for a few more days, so will do the quilt store rounds probably on Tuesday.
They had lots of free water available and water bottle recycling containers, so that was really nice.
One thing I found interesting was the number of quilts without borders- is that the "new" fashion?
