I like the book Fat Quarter Fonts for fabric letters. It's so easy to make the letters and other shapes my 10 year old niece can do it. She made lots of pillows with names and shapes.

Are you looking to piece the letters or do applique?

I just trace the letter onto Heat & Bond then press onto the back of the fabric then cut the letters out. Made this quilt for my best friend for Xmas.

I signed up for a craftsy class specific to lettering, (pattern-pieced, freehand-pieced, and appliqued)

I've made several words and names from a book called "Quilt Talk." The letters are paper pieced.

I probably don't understand what you're trying to do, but if what you're looking for are different fonts that you can trace to use as applique...why not use Microsoft Word (assuming you have the program) to type letters out and change the fonts? You can adjust the size to fit the project. You can also download free fonts that will work in Word.

If you don't have Word - Google Docs (which is a free online program) will do the same thing.
