Alternative to Buying Triangle Papers?

For HST's 2-1/2 " finished and smaller, I print these papers: http://www.quiltingandwhatnot.ca/Hal...-Triangle.html
The paper I like best is the manilla paper drawing tablet available at the dollar store. I'll cut the whole tablet down to fit my printer so the paper is read to go when needed.
For larger HST's, I use the 2 square, diagonal line method.

You could search this board or the internet for half square triangles and find the different ways to make these. There are several different ways. I use the two square and diagonal seams with a bit of a trim.

I saw a demonstration last week of a new ruler that makes multiple sizes of hst by drawing on the lines and sewing on others. It is called rulerrevolution.com the creator is Patti Nethery they seem expensive but make many sizes and would pay for themselves if you make hst blocks frequently.
