I just want to say Alto has the best customer service! I got a nice message from Alto asking if they could be of help with my problem using the system. (I posted about my problems here on the board.) I will be taking getting expert help when I go to Paducah quilt show in April from the Alto vendor. If you are going to be in Paducah for the show, or any show that they will be vending for, stop by the Alto booth and say thank you to the Alto company for standing behind their products and realizing how much influence this board has. Way to to Alto.

I read that a rep will be at the Sacramento Craft Expo in March. Planning to stop by and check it out. (It's getting tough to buy more "gadgets" and I need to justify any new expenses to myself).

Is it just me or do you think that they need a better self healing mat? Is yours holding up well or as well as, say, your Olfa mat?

The mat is my favorite thing about the system. It's the best mat I've ever used. I clean it with water every now and then.
