Alum. Foil replacing batting in doll quilts.

I saw that post and I believe they were talking about a doll quilt as in a doll house quilt. The aluminum foil was used to aid in draping the quilt over a bed or chair, etc. I could be wrong but that's the idea I got and I don't remember where I read it.
