    When you are sewing make sure that your seam is just a tad (about a thread or two) inside of the seam allowance so that it doesn't cut off your point. I pin especially at that intersection to make sure I notice where the point is. Your seam allowance may not be accurate so just watch and make sure that you get the points sewen right no matter what the seam allowance is at that point.
