I do all my quilting on my HV Sapphire 875, it has a 10" throat space. It makes it easier. Its set up in a Horn Quilter's cabinet, having a large flat space is great.
A long arm machine would be great, but no room for one at my house.

No you are not the only one I don't have one or will ever get one I quilt all by hand and work a full time job.You cannot quilt more than a Baby quilt in the summer time for the heat and way to heavy. I love hand quilting and would never try on my small machine I don't have that much patience.

I have a small Brother that I have used since I started quilting about 5 years ago and I have machine quilted all my quilts on it. I don't say it is easy but it can be done and done well with practice. Just lately I discovered the QAYG method and found it to be so much easier that I probably won't go back to the other method except for small projects that I won't have to struggle with so much.

I don't have one either, no room and the budget won't allow it either. I have done some small quilts on my machine, a few small projects were hand quilted and the rest get sent out when we have the extra money. ;-)
