I have always just thrown the snippets, threads, etc on the floor by the table, then when all done I scoop them all up and put away. I say "away" because I have two wastebaskets in sewing area. One is for all the little scraps and snippets I save to stuff stuff with, the other is for trash that cannot be used for that. By not attempting to hit the basket, I save myself the headache of worrying about it. LOL Hubby has a fit when he has to clean out the rotating brush on vaccume cause it is bogged down with thread and hair. "I have long hair that I seem to be loosing".

Am I the only one who thinks we have got off track with this post.lol My problem isn't with threads, I used to work with Marabu (feather boa stuff) haven't used it for about three years but still keep finding it in the oddest places, even in my nickers one night when I was going to bed.
