Mrs Cotton Theory .... you can certainly try to share your stash with her .... being blind, D.R. has to have some idea what she will be receiving .... i.e., new cottons - not used clothing, please...and it would be nice to know whether it has been pre-washed or not, etc.

    Diane Rose has a website:

    http://www.theamazingquilter.com

If you go to the bottom of her Home Page, you can find a list of specific things she always runs short of ...

At the top of her page she has a "contact me" tab .... I think she is on prodigey.net .... not sure ....

I think she is also on Facebook

Yes, I spend to much time concentrating on what I can't do, and not on what I CAN do ..... makes me pause to consider, eh?

Yes, She does have a Facebook. She has graciously added me as a friend!
This is her latest staus, posted today:

    Diane Rose:
"For all of you that come to FB, I just want to let you know that I am available for demonstration and speaking engagements in churches, quilt guilds, and various organizations.
I am looking for a volunteer publicist and booking agent. My video from the Texas Country Reporter is now on YouTube!"

She is absolutely amazing. I can no longer complain about my anything when I have her as an inspiration. Thank you so much for sharing with us. She said something at the end that was such a profound thought..."the more you help others, the more God will bless you"
