    recently traded a janomi 11000se on a babylock elissiomo. love it , no akward reaching to attach the hoop like the janomi and self threading, i mean self threading. try as many machines as you can, whats cofortable and great to me may not be to you.

    Thanks for the feedback. Well...today I'm one step closer to a decision.

    I test drove a Brother Quattro and then a Babylock Ellisimo. Next week, I'll be doing a dealer-sponsored project on the Janome MC11000SE. Then later in the month a dealer-sponsored project on the Babylock.

    So, it's between Janome and Brother/Babylock.

    If I decide on Brother/Babylock, then have to pick one. Essentially the same except for the designs.
