    I don't think fraying would matter because the curved raw edges are stitched down.

    Should be no problem unless you were to do a fray edge...the stretchy ones don't fray. Look forward to seeing what you come up with.

    I have made a few denim quilts and love them...I have been asking my coworkers to bring me in their old jeans...hope they do..I got rid of so many a few years ago before I started quilting...my boys, husbands and mine...I had 5 bags full...AURGH
