The 2.5 strip die is already out of stock. I purchased mine earlier today. Whew.

I have the 6 1/2 inch strip die. Great for borders. I like the BOB dies the best for cutting whole blocks at one time.

I just got a Fuse recently and I'm very happy with it. Just cut a whole bunch of raggy denim circles last night in a tiny fraction of the time it'd have taken to do them by hand! (And that includes picking all the fibers out of the die afterwards) I had to experiment to find the perfect shims but I'm set now. I use the Sizzix big shot acrylic sheet and a sheet of .0925 thick acrylic from the local OSH under the Accuquilt dies and it's *perfect*.

I have used the rag die for over a dozen quilts. I found that I don't have to pick out the fibers from the die. They build up and come out on their own. It doesn't effect the cuts at all. Sure saves me a lot of fussy time. That's how I found out I didn't have to remove them, I didn't want to so didn't.

Oh, I want to make some denim blocks. What I'll do is, order dies, have my mom get me the Fiskar Fuse for Christmas, dies will be here, Boom. Christmas day, I'll be ready....I might do that. I receive email from Accuquilt.

Right now they are pushing the electric Go. I think the dies have fallen away as far as sales go. Check out Ebay, there is a seller there that sells all the dies for about a third less than MSRP. It is Sylviasbitsandpieces . I have purchased several dies from her with no problems.

I will certainly check out ebay. I love this forum. Tons of ideas, contacts, website.

    I found Accuquilt's free patterns!

I love, love, love my Fuse! It's on sale right now at Jo-Ann's for 70% off (thru 12/3).

Fuse dies are nothing to write home about. Boring. Too big. No flexibility.

But....the lovely part.....the Fuse accepts most other dies (with adapters). The Sizzix works great in it, so does Accuquilt. And Spellbinders, Tim Holtz, and other paper dies.

I love mine so much that I bought two. I have one upstairs for paper cutting/cards, and the other downstairs for fabric cutting with Accuquilt dies. It was getting too annoying only having one machine. It seemed like whichever project I wanted to work on, the machine was in the other location. And it's too heavy to haul up and down stairs all that often.

    I can't find it at Joann's. It's 85 on Amazon Prime.
