Default Is any fabric obviously out of place?

I have fretted and chosen and taken out and put in these fabrics. So I need another sets of eyes. Is there any fabric obviously out of place that I am not seeing? While I love this beautiful fabric, it is tricky to match or contrast colors. Any thoughts?

It looks wonderful to me. Very lovely choices, I can't wait to see what you make!

Make up a sample block and see how you like it.

It will be a feathered star showing the focus fabric in the center done in the S&W style. Others will be HSTs and DPs (sort of fan shaped). So can't do a sample block. Trying to get the final fabrics chosen so I will be good to go! There aren't any do-overs with this one.

I like your choices, but some of the darks look VERY dark. I would make sure you have fairly high contrast in the parts that need it. I don't use EQ, but if you have it, that would help. There is a free software called Pattern Jam if you want to play around with the color on that.

I'm just anxious to see the finish! Love the colors!

I agree with Faintly Artistic, the darks look very dark. It all depends where they will go. Contrast is good but it may create a black hole in your quilt.

I think the one pink below the "off fold" seems off to me. Not sure if it's too dark for that value or if it's just the wrong pink.

Also agree that some of the darks are too close.
