I acquired this ruler but have not found any information on it. Does anyone have this ruler or know the purpose/uses of it? It is the Hand Tricks Ruler by Billie Lauder.

Billie Lauder, I use to enjoy going out to her quilt store in Woodland Hills CA until she sold it. Hope she is still in good health. Couldn't find any info on this ruler.

This is the only item I could find online besides youtube videos. Maybe she uses the ruler in one of her videos? Her website no longer operates. My favorite online used book sources don't have this book title. They have other "quick" titles but not this one. Interesting quest you have sent me on :-)

Billie Lauder published a booklet called "Quick Hand Piecing Tricks" .... this ruler goes along with that booklet. If you still have the ruler and would like to sell or trade it, please let me know.
