Default any one else made this tote bag?

Several years ago, I made this bag after watching the Man Sewing video. It's the one where you take a jelly roll, press them inwards to make a folded strip, then zig zag them all together. I'd like to make another -- not as big -- but use wider strips, maybe start with a 4 inch. I did a test with four strips and it seems less stable. I'm wondering if adding a fusible to the fabrics would help.

    Has anyone tried this? Tips?

I think it would be a perfect candidate for Bosal stabilzer, its a great tote, love your fabrics! I will have to look up the tutorial.

I was wondering if Bosal would be good for this. I haven't worked with it yet, but I'd like to on my next bag/purse project

Do you have the pattern for this? I'd love a copy. I looked on the Man Sewing Youtube channel but couldn't find it.

Very nice. I don't make bags or totes, just quilts.

For a while I collected patterns, fabric and some kits for bag making. Never seemed to find anything I liked, so still have a lot of the stuff in a storage box that I really should do something with. Oh well, tomorrow is another day
