While at JoAnn's on Saturday, I was approached by a shopper (who apparently thought I worked there) and began asking me questions regarding fabric, needles, thread so on and so on. She wants to learn to quilt, and of course, I volunteered to help her! I then find out through conversation that she lives near Rexville, NY - though she is acutally in PA. Well, that is quite a distance from me. I am asking if there is any quilter near her who would step in my place. I am still willing to travel, if there isn't anyone available. She had some fine fabrics in her cart!
