    Not to knock your idea of doing a thsirt quilt, but the main reason for making one is to preserve the memories of the event/whatever of the shirt. Yard sale shirts wouldn't be quite the same. But depending upon what you find, you could still have a cute quilt!

    Sure garage sales, etc would help preserve collecting.....like quilt tshirts..how cute they would be all in one spot to see!:))Or like the Harley quilt-who wouldn't love those quilts that love harleys!:))Quilts are our history...memories too to preserve but, in many ways our fabric prints, tshirts, etc are forever put in a place to view and enjoy. There are always great ideas and inspiration in all of us! Skeat
