Default Anybody have experience with tailor's chalk pencils?

I just bought a tailor's chalk pencil, that has blue, yellow and white chalk. I am wondering if it stains? I use sytencils and blue markers that wash out, and the purple disappearing ink with no trouble. They just do not last very long and I run through several with each quilt marking. I am a hand quilter, so need to be able to see the markings.
Anyone have any experience with this kind of tailor's chalk pencil?
    Thanks so much.

Based on a lot of discussion on many sites, it is not recommended to use blue or yellow chalk type pencils. Certainly not the yellow. Many have had problems with them coming out. White should be ok, according to reports.

I have never had any luck removing coloured chalk, I stick to white only.

I use only white but always test a new marker on the fabric to see if it washes out. I used blue Clover powder chalk and the blue never came out of the quilt. I never have had a problem with their white chalk and just finished marking a crosshatch border using it.
