Anybody own a Huskypress 1600 Steam Press???

I had a chance to purchase a Huskypress 1600, but I would buy it only if the steam press worked. Well, she brought the steam press over (purchased it at a garage sale) and we could not get it to steam. No booklet included and not really sure how it worked and we could not find anything on the internet. Anyone out there got one???? Thanks, kat
